Spider Rose Bouquet

I saw this idea on Pinterest and had to make it myself. Next to my Disney Villain theme, I have a bunch of spiders. I shared with you last week how to make the sparkly spider webs, and this week I added spiders to a bouquet to make a spooky and creepy decoration.

Supplies Needed

  • Fake Red Roses
  • Fake Spiders (I got mine from JoAnne Fabrics but dollar tree has clip on ones as well that are way cheaper and work just as well)
  • Cauldron
  • Foam half circle (I cut one in half that I had from when I made the Super Mario Bomb)
  • Foam balls (optional. I had some on the floral spider stems I bought, but dollar tree has bags of them too)
  • Hot Glue
  • Wire Cutters

How to Make the Cauldron

I glued the half foam circle to the bottom of the cauldron and cut the roses off the stem using wire cutters, trying to keep them as long as possible. I then just pushed the roses into the foam circle to make a bouquet. Once I was happy with how that turned out, I cut the spiders off the branches I bought from JoAnne Fabrics and glued them to the roses and the cauldron. I made sure to keep the strings from the hot glue so it looked like webs. I then glued some of the foam balls that came with the branches to the spiders to give it a little more color. That’s it! Again, a super easy and cute DIY project.
